ContemPlay

An AI-guided contemplation platform: a consumer product, an embeddable widget that runs inside partner sites, and a CMS where those partners upload their own images and see how their audience engaged.

Two and a half years from MVP to a platform serving two national enterprise clients. One codebase renders the consumer app and the embedded partner experience, which is why the same component tree can run inside somebody else's site.

A fast, client-editable marketing site for a Texas homebuilder, with a homeowner warranty portal and a full lead pipeline behind it.

Two jobs in one site: sell homes to people still shopping, and serve the people who already bought one. A static front end for speed, a real API underneath for everything else.

A broken WordPress store rebuilt on Shopify for a fifth-generation Italian baking company, without losing the brand it took a century to build.

Shopify gives them a checkout that works, hosting they never have to think about, and one admin sitting alongside the other stores they already run. The team manages products and orders themselves.

EasyStayAI

An AI assistant that answers short-term-rental guests over text, trained on each property's own house manual.

A product I built and ran myself: hosts upload a property guide, and a per-property assistant handles guest questions over SMS and iMessage without the host in the loop.
